Overview

This document specifies the Phase-3 component of the TRIZEL Epistemic Engine: a claim-bound, non-autonomous analytical execution model. The framework defines the conditions under which deterministic analytical steps may be applied to structured observational inputs, without introducing autonomous inference, generative modeling, or interpretation beyond explicitly pre-authorized claim boundaries.
