Layer-2 Notice. This page documents execution-control and layer boundaries for informational purposes only. Layer-2 performs no execution and no gate transitions. All execution authority remains in Layer-1 under Layer-0 governance.

Layer Separation Overview
| Layer | Name | Repository | Authority | Can Execute? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Layer-0 | Governance & Authority | trizel-core | Final / Canonical | Yes — policy & governance only |
| Layer-1 | Execution / Analysis & Daily Preservation | AUTO-DZ-ACT-ANALYSIS-3I-ATLAS + AUTO-DZ-ACT-3I-ATLAS-DAILY | Scientific | Yes — under Layer-0 governance |
| Layer-2 | Institutional Presentation | trizel-site-artifacts | None (display only) | No — static presentation only |
| Layer-2.5 | Epistemic Atlas | atlas/ (this site) | None (display only) | No — read-only interface |
Execution Control (Locked Order)
The public layer follows the governed execution-control order derived from active repositories and workflow behavior. This page is descriptive only; it does not execute any part of the pipeline.
Layer-0 governance authority is held by trizel-core and anchored by
trizel-epistemic-engine. All downstream execution is subordinate to this layer.
AUTO-DZ-ACT-ANALYSIS-3I-ATLAS is the canonical Layer-1 analysis kernel
(frozen) and admissibility/execution source for governed analysis outputs.
AUTO-DZ-ACT-3I-ATLAS-DAILY is the active Layer-1 daily authoritative
preservation / snapshot publication source.
Auto-dz-act remains reference-only (formal definition layer).
It is non-executing and outside admissibility/execution flow.
Publication transformation is bounded at Layer-2 by deterministic, static, no-interpretation rules. The site remains a display surface, not an execution surface.
Event-driven publication path: Layer-1 trigger / data update → deterministic compiler → static page generation → PR-only publication flow.
Scheduled daily runs provide governed backfill for missed events without changing Layer-2 boundaries or introducing runtime behavior on the public site.
Human action is exception-only (approval/review/escalation paths). Normal publishing remains deterministic and governed by locked automation and repository roles.
Authoritative sources: repository-role map, locked dependency order, and active publication workflow.
Layer Descriptions
Layer-0 — Governance & Authority
Layer-0 is the canonical governance layer. It holds final authority over all policies, standards, gate transitions, publication approvals, and organizational decisions within TRIZEL. No scientific result or publication is valid without Layer-0 authorization.
Repository: trizel-ai-site/trizel-core
Layer-1 — Laboratory Execution Domain
Layer-1 execution is role-split: AUTO-DZ-ACT-ANALYSIS-3I-ATLAS is the frozen
canonical analysis/admissibility kernel, and AUTO-DZ-ACT-3I-ATLAS-DAILY is
the active daily authoritative preservation/snapshot source. Execution remains governed by Layer-0.
Repositories: AUTO-DZ-ACT-ANALYSIS-3I-ATLAS and AUTO-DZ-ACT-3I-ATLAS-DAILY
Layer-2 — Institutional Presentation
Layer-2 is the public-facing presentation layer. It hosts this website (trizel-ai.com), all static institutional pages, multilingual content, the GOI, and the Epistemic Atlas. Layer-2 performs no analysis, no computation, and has no execution authority. All content is pre-approved and static.
